Benalmádena Town Council and the company IELCO have begun construction work on the Benalmádena Sailing Marina, with a budget of 312 million euros and a planned duration of 18 months.
The opening of the Sailing Centre serves to consolidate the position of Benalmádena port, allowing for the promotion of sailing activities.
Vélez Málaga Town Council recently began urban development work in the area and streets around the IES Almenara High School.
